Hey! Alex from SWARM here. We've got resolute.fund up and running right now. They're a collection of distressed assets here in the US that are attracting investors globally.

Lots of great information on this thread that is 100% true. There is no liquidity on secondary exchanges right now and people on the internet are no longer throwing money at things just because it says blockchain like its 2017.

However, if you think you have a unique, high quality offering to make a historically illiquid asset liquid, let's talk. I can explain all the parts to you that you'll need with our platform. KYC/AML, custody, and payment gateway are the essentials.

SWARM is a free platform to issue digital regulatory compliant securities. Even here in the US.

If you think you can apply a meaningful use of blockchain to your project, let's do it.

I have a friend in Buffalo right now looking and he can’t find anyone to help him. I told him let me try BP!
I’m going to call tomorrow just out of curiosity, but I’m not going to tell them anything of any consequence. I’ll post back here!

Looking for someone to help out with a 203k loan and finding a contractor in Buffalo NY for a 4-plex.

The letter is from the city assessing department. Inside it contains a copy of the quitclaim deed with a post-it attached to it. On the note it says why I got the property for a value so far below the assessed value. It has a number to call on there. What the heck is this for?

I’m trying to predict what the area will look like 15 years down the road. That’s the easy part. Huge discounts are number 2 and that is the challenge.

Not your fault.

No power here in hough’s neck yet either. Sea street is open finally though so I don’t have to walk the dike to get out.
