@Brian Pulaski my apologies for my vague description. The front of the house has sunk in. It's only effecting not a small portion of the house in the front. I only know visually of the problems. Have no experience in this area.

Found a desirable water front area but due to flood FEMA is requiring property to be raised. First thought to come to my head..."Always wanted to drive a bulldozer." Anyone have experience doing a complete demo of a house for the land? Are you able to drive the bulldozer without a license? Was the money worth having all that fun!?

Thanks!

Alex

I put an offer on a house with foundation issues just wondering if anyone has experience with foundation pricing. Also, is it worth the price and effort?

So new investor and put in an offer for Harvey house it's has everything done minus mudding the drywall, installing floors, and installing cabinets. I did the 70% rule for an offer. House only flooded due to Harvey no other houses flooded in same spot. Great area great schools. I'm going for it! Any others take this plung yet?

@Loren Whitney sounds like it just needs cleaned. Banking soda and vinegar will do it in a cycle. Good videos on how to on YouTube.
