Great info everyone! I found a great agent that was prior accountant, and did mergers and acquisitions for a living prior with experience with investors. He's a busy guy phone is going off constantly but he has taken me under his wing. Feel very lucky for all the knowledge I've been accumulating. I'm iching for that first deal! We will see where I go after the first.
