Average foundation pricing
I put an offer on a house with foundation issues just wondering if anyone has experience with foundation pricing. Also, is it worth the price and effort?

Get a good structural engineer to take a look. Nobody can tell you how much it will cost without actually looking at the problem. I've fixed foundation problems for $500 and I've seen foundation problems that would have cost more than knocking down the house and starting over.
