Post: How to Get on the Good Side of the Tax Code

Want to know how to get on the right side of the tax code?

Investing in real estate (even a tiny fraction of the ownership), is an easy way to start positioning yourself.

The profits you earn can be “sheltered” meaning you get to keep more of the money your investment creates. That’s a beautiful thing!

So, what exactly does this mean?

1 - You won’t have to complain about taxes after you’ve built a portfolio of
tax efficient investments.

2 - It means you can take less risks, and still outperform working-class investments that regular people have access to.

3 - It means that a little bit of money can go a long way when you increase your investor skill level.

But there's a catch.
To participate, you have to meet some educational requirements.

So that's why I'm bringing on my friend Brian Davis to help us understand the requirements.

It's important that you know how to make progress and that you take action.

Let's talk about it on Wednesday.

At least, this is what I did to stay within budget and breakeven quickly

Have you noticed the change?

Fewer people are bragging about how much they are making on Airbnb.

And, what’s troubling to me, is that I’m talking to more and more people who are dealing with a lot of anxiety and don’t know what to do.

What used to work is not working anymore.

Do you know anyone who's afraid of change? Could that person be you?

I made this video to help Airbnb host and others who are worried and need encouragement.

Knowing your numbers is a discipline.

And, often times, those of us who don't like following traditional paths don't like tracking our numbers either.

We don't want to know how long it will take us to pay back our initial investment. How long it takes to breakeven.

But what’s funny is, if you look closer, you'll see that knowing your numbers increases your abundance.

It allows you to work with private investors.

Would you like to avoid lots of red tape and still make 3x more than a traditional landlord?

Then do this quick check on your city's extended stay hotels. Let their pricing tell you your potential.

Check out the video below. And here's the workbook that I mentioned.
