Airbnb is wonderful, until it's not.

Do you have a backup plan in case they have tech problems?

Is your furnished rental business able to survive without Airbnb spoon feeding you?

Here's my back up plan.

I hope it inspires you to prepare for the worse - so you don't have any regrets.

Do you remember the frustration of not being able to fill your furnished rentals last winter.

Airbnb did an algorithm update and what used to work stopped working.

Well you can prevent feeling like a victim. You can build your business by
building your client list.

Here's a tutorial to help you do just that:

What if I told you that most people don't set goals.

And if they do, they struggle to achieve them without the right support and accountability.

That's why I created a Monday Accountability Club.

It gives you a place to:

1 - State your specific goal so your crystal clear about your desired outcome

2 - Get expert help in areas of landlording and midterm furnished rentals

3 - Have your feet held to the fire so you take sufficient action and get results

Click to enroll for 4 weeks

The Monday Accountability Club meets each Monday at 6pm Pacific / 9pm Eastern via Zoom (cameras on).

Why You Should Join?

Goals setting is a well-documented success habit...but are you practicing it?

Join our accountability club to turn the odds of success in your favor.

What to Expect at the Weekly Meeting?

Review Your Destination: You'll review your specific goal and your implementation schedule.

Progress Update: You'll give us an update on the tasks you where supposed to complete.

Course Correction: You'll compare your current progress with your schedule and we'll discuss what adjustments are needed.

Repeat for Success: You'll repeat the process until your goal is achieved.

That's the entire plan. It's all you need to tap your full potential.

What's the Cost?

We only pay attention to the things we pay for... that’s why the club isn't free.

However, it’s a whole lot cheaper than the profits you’re losing by procrastinating and breaking your promises.

It's only $120 per month.

Email me if you have questions. I'm happy to assist and I'll see you in the Club on Monday.

Al

Most business travelers rely on their company credit cards while traveling.

Here's a module from my coaching and training program that walks you,
step-by-step, through the process of invoicing for your midterm rental.

@Charles H. I've researched South Jersey before. It looks strong for midterm rentals. Count up the number of extended stay hotels in the area. That's a great indications of how strong your market demand is.

    Best to you.
