Owner of abandoned property is said to be occupied . Couldnt find the Phone Number of the owner

@Kyle Kufeldt, Thank you so much! I got two more questions. So once they file their first document and send it to the court is that when you would get their info and DM them?  also how long does it take to close on the contract? since its a probate i would think a couple of months.

 So I'm trying to completely understand how to put a probate house under contract. I went online to the Harris County Clerk and search for the probate list, which I got but when in the event description can I find the executor address and when can I say to the executor that "I would like to buy their house". After that what is the next step?
