Probate in harris county wholesaling

 So I'm trying to completely understand how to put a probate house under contract. I went online to the Harris County Clerk and search for the probate list, which I got but when in the event description can I find the executor address and when can I say to the executor that "I would like to buy their house". After that what is the next step?
