Any realtors specializing in finding corporate lease rentals that landlord will approve for AirBnB in Philadelphia area and/or South New Jersey?

Looking for modular company/builder that can build me townhouse/multi-family (2-4 homes) to sell for profit and develop strong working relationship.  I need to buy land too.  Please reach out to me if interested in working together.

Investor in need of agent to secure me next fix/flip project located in Philadelphia or South Jersey area, including surrounding suburbs any direction of center city approx up to 1 hour any direction.  Looking for single family home under $100,000+/-.  I have cash/hard money setup.  Looking to make immediate deal today.  Need agent to develop long term working relationship that will help bring me bank deals, off markets deals; etc...and build strong working relationship; that can get deals done fast and with ease.  Experienced agent please; that understands and gets it done.

Any recommendations on modular building companies that work well with investors and buying land/foreclosed land-lot/s for a duplex, multi family home and/or single family home in the South Jersey area?  I'm very interested in investing in this area and get started.  

@Neil Goradia Right now...I need to find good contractors.  I saw in your FB page that you had an event fir lowes pro services... did you go through lowes to have your property renovated?  Were they affordable and reputable?  I would love to get into buying a smaller piece of land that I could build a few modular homes next; if have any suggestions?

Working on SFR flip now and have a lot more knowledge since this posting. Dealing with a poor contractor now :). Just another day.
