Any recommendations on modular building companies that work well with investors and buying land/foreclosed land-lot/s for a duplex, multi family home and/or single family home in the South Jersey area?  I'm very interested in investing in this area and get started.

Jason - I am working with Freedom Homes out of Troutman NC, a Berkshire Hathaway holding - going to build a mobile home with a steeper roof pitch versus mod to save 15k in build cost - looks just like mod -seems a good deal so far dw
