I was looking for a good referral to get a 3/2 SFR appraised in La Habra, CA. Does anyone BP members in Orange County, CA Have any recommendations. Also what's going rate for an appraisal? Thanks

Amy Ranae if the rental property will net you enough profit to make the student loan payments then invest and build equity with the rental property
