The company I work with uses Propertyware. It's pretty solid, in my opinion.

Looking for interested buyers of a gas station in quickly growing Plainfield, IN!!

The gas station sits on E. Main Street, the primary street that runs through Plainfield. It is owned by an absentee out-of-state owner who is in the hotel business and no longer wants to be involved with the gas station.

Details:

-DOES NOT HAVE A CONTRACT!! (Currently buys its gas from G&G Oil, but it's open)

-Brings in around $1.2 million a year

-Fiberglass tanks installed in 2001, 15,000 and 6,000 gallons

-2,800 sq/ft building, solid brick construction

-2,200 sq/ft makes up the grocery side, and there is an additional 600 sq/ft of vacant space available for rent or expansion of the gas station (entrance from both inside and outside).

-8-10 parking spots available

The seller is VERY motivated. If you're interested, or may know of someone who is interested, please let me know!

Thanks guys!!

Cheers

And if you're ever in need and don't have references, you could always do like J Scott would do; go to a Lowe's or Menards at 6:00 and see who's there picking up supplies for their jobs of the day. Pass out cards, collect cards, and go from there!

I suppose logically I should have come to the conclusion that when sellers are having difficulty selling retail, or rental owners are experiencing more expenses, there would be increased opportunity for wholesalers. Appreciate the feedback!

Exactly, retail side slows down, for obvious reasons. But that's a great point about leads picking up as owners get a little anxious due to taxes and rising uilities! Thanks for the two cents, @John Kwiatt!
