Turnkey Long term rentals can be found more in the mid-west market. I own a couple of those in the Cleveland market so you should definitely explore that market. Feel free to reach out if you want to connect!

Hi Sam, I am a huge fan of out of state investing and Long Distance Real Estate Investing was one of the first books I read before I built my portfolio in Cleveland. One of the strategies I used was working with a couple of turnkey companies and getting started in a mid-west market. I would love to connect and help out so feel free to reach out.

Hi Timothy, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties. There are also abundant opportunities for small multi family and SFH. I have been able to scale up to 12 doors in 2 years so definitely recommend this area. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss.

Hi Tiara, One of the easiest ways of scaling in real estate today is to invest in turnkey properties out of state. If you have a busy 9-5 routine but have the money to get started and don't have enough time, turnkey companies provide some of the best resources to scale your portfolio. I have used that strategy so feel free to reach out if you want to discuss.

Hi James,

Out of state investing is a great way to start investing and build your portfolio. I have worked with multiple turnkey companies and purchased in Cleveland to build my portfolio of 12 units. Feel free to reach out and I can share my experience on the purchase process and returns.

Quote from @Gina Lujan:

@Aj Parikh  Thanks so much. I am looking at the East Coast as well. I have a daughter in Maryland, and we have looked at surrounding cities and states.
I am not married to a location yet but places that are near her and my son in Texas are ideal.

Great to hear. I am in Northern Virginia but invest primarily in Cleveland. Let me know if you want to connect.

Hi Kyle, I was too late in my investing journey to figure out the FHA loan strategy but I was able to explore out of state investing and picked Cleveland as my market. If that is something that interests you, feel free to reach out.
