Potential OOS investor looking for real estate management / turnkey

Hello,

Long time lurker. I have been seriously considering OOS investing finally and am hoping the folks here can give me a list of reputable real estate agents/companies/Bigger Pocket member to start working with in Indianapolis, Indiana. I'm looking to see if doing OOS is even possible given my specific interests in passive investing (meaning I"m looking for turnkey groups or even condos in the appropriate setting). I will be cross posting in other city sub-forums as well such as Phoenix, Birmingham, etc.

Hi, I invest in turnkey in Birmingham, Memphis, Indianapolis & Cleveland. I do turnkey bc its passive for me & aligns with my style and what I believe in for my strategy.  Not all these markets are the same, these are very different strategies and price points. Your $ can go a lot further in Birmingham vs Indy and esp Phoenix. I have bought from some really awesome people with great Pm's in place. The PM is probably the hardest piece, not all PM's are created equal and can make or break your investment for sure. I am an open book and happy to give you the low down.
