Quote from @Brandon Baker:

@Brian Cerezo, I've done 9 BRRRRs including two down to the studs in the 18 months. I'm happy to chat 1 on 1 if you'd like.

Are you doing your BRRRs in TX?

@Marc S. I did. My first property is in ohio. Which I bought through r2r

That is absolutely amazing! Congrats.  I have two areas I am looking into for my 1st door, Ohio being one of them.  Did you invest in Columbus or Cleveland?

Would anyone be able to layout the advantage or disadvantages in terms of getting loans if I was to want to get one under an LLC vs Just under my name.

Thank you!

Marc

Has anyone purchased property using Roof Stock?  Pros / Cons? Better off doing the work on your own instead of using the site?

Their site provides a lot of data and investment analysis information (Cap rate, cash flow, appreciation, etc).
Appreciate any feedback!

This sounds like they are offering a Sub-to. I have just been reading up on this on the net and there is one person that that has been on a BP Podcast #527 that talks about it in details  His name is Pace Moby, I would do your research, it isn't a scam but you would need to do your research to see if it's a venue you want to go into, it's a form of creative financing.

There are plenty of websites that get into the pros and cons of this deal. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll forward you links.
