@Ramon Jenkins There isn't a REIA in the Bryan / College Station area. I have already looked into that. I have a partner on the ground there, but he is new and so we are trying to build our team in that area.

Thanks for the tip about looking up people in the BP community itself, that is one thing I hadn't considered.

Hey guys,

I am working on getting a property under contract in Bryan, TX and was needing a recommendation for an investor friendly title company and a real estate agent.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Welcome! You are in my old stomping grounds (I grew up in Madisonville which is east of there and went to Texas A&M as well. I am a wholesaler in Austin at the time, but am looking to expand my operation to College Station. Let me know if you are interested in partnering on any deals or need any help.

I have 6 deals that I am working to get under contract. One is a subject-to deal while the rest are buying on owner finance that I plan to wholesale the contracts. It is looking to be a great new year!

@Matt Brooks Do you have any deals already lined up or are you just asking in general? Also, it depends on what your overall goals are for REI business.
