I'm Eric Stowe and I live in Cedar Hill, TX. I have been a member of BP for several months and have been listening to podcasts and reading as much as I can on BP and am now ready to start investing in South Dallas County and Ellis County. I'm planning on starting with fix and flips along with wholesaling and have begun marketing with a mix of drive for dollars and marketing to absentee owners. My endgame is to buy some mutli-family properties to hold and manage after I build some capital with flips and wholesaling...all while working full-time in the beginning. I am looking forward to networking with some locals!

Also, thank you to Josh, Brandon, and all the BP members who have contributed to BP because I would not even be considering real estate investing had I not found BP. You all have taken the mystery and fear out of it for me.
