i  am going to have some car magnets made for my investing business

I had a tenant do this to me once on the third month they were there I tried working with them That was a big mistake She started paying rent on time with a threat of court action My opinion take court action do not wait This is a business It is the tenants responsibility to get you or the pm the rent no excuses If you let the tenant slide they will continue to push you Sounds like you might need new property manager that will take action and not call you with excuses
