if you can u need to use someones lease in your area that has been a landlord for a long time 

chances are good she realized the lease would cause her problems down the road 

be glad she bailed and move on to next perspective tenant

hi @Larry Smet we market to all 3/2 for sale by owner in the areas we are interested in and also to for rent areas we are interested in

i have gotten good response from the ads but so far only bought 1 rental off of them

just install toilet and make sure tank is properly secured

some say if you have a true deal you will easily be able to sell it 

some say it is better to have a buyers list to market to 

i have found in my market if you have a true deal you will find buyers
