I just found a buyer for a property I want to flip (REO). He said he was using 203K Rehab funding, Will I have a seasoning issue with this type of loan?

The best advice I ever received was join a local REI club. Than you have people right there that you can reach out too.

Best of Luck :o)

Join a local RE investment group they sometimes have mentors that can help. You do not need to spend that kind of money. This site and the local join should be enough. Best of Luck!

The best advice I ever received was join a local Real Estate Investor group. You have actually people to talk to and meet with. The best think I ever did along with reading and educating myself.

Investigate a couple and see where you are most comfortable.

Best of Luck, keep us posted.

I am part of DC Fawcett, I am asking for a refund. Seems to be a great program BUT I need someone I can talk to or email and get an answer. With DC you email your question and than have to wait for the conference call twice a month to get an answer. Found that a little frustrating.

While looking for an answer I came across someone who would actually talk to me and I am not even in his system yet.

I've also been told to join a local REI group and I did. Between this site and a local RE group don't know if you need anything else..

Best of Luck

Post: Selling as is. Buyer responsible for C.O. and all inspections

Just wander what this means exactly, "responsible for CO and all inspections."

We just have to get a CO and get all inspects before flip correct?

I am looking at an REO and thinking of rehabbing, thanks in advance for your input.
