Selling as is. Buyer responsible for C.O. and all inspections
Just wander what this means exactly, "responsible for CO and all inspections."
We just have to get a CO and get all inspects before flip correct?
I am looking at an REO and thinking of rehabbing, thanks in advance for your input.
