Hello my BP Fam. In the next month and or so I'm looking to leave California for Florida and I'm either moving to Jacksonville FL or Daytona Beach Fl. I would like to buy a 4plex to start with but I may end up buying a sfh and Airbnb the other rooms out but from my findings online, it seems like they are not allowing bnb nearly as much as they use to in parts of Florida. Anyone shed some light on this???

I'm officially in Cleveland! It was a pain in my a** getting here but I made it! ill be reaching out to those who eached out to me tomorrow to hopefully meet up. Thanks again everyone.

I don't have answers to any of those questions sir. I'm still trying to find out if Ohio is even a place I want to end up, hence why I'm coming to visit.

I apologize sir,  I'm not trying to be difficult. I do NOT want to buy and rehab. I did one here in California just to get going because it was the perfect opportunity. I want to buy and hold. Start with a 4 plex and go from there.

Me and my father did over here in Northern California. Planning on taking the money and going elsewhere, hence why I'm coming to check out Cleveland. And I figured that wouldn't be enough......

Hello everyone! I've been doing a lot of research on Cleveland Ohio and I've decided I'm going to go visit. so next month (Oct 10th - 14th) ill be in Cleveland checking out the area. Any investers/real estate agents in that market willing to meet with me so I can pick your brain and compile a pros and cons list??? I currently live in northern California and I'm very ready to get out and put down roots elsewhere.
