Hello everyone! I'm new to San Antonio and would love to network with like minded people! Anyone open to chatting with me over lunch, dinner, or an adult beverage?? Or cookies and milk? I'm down with that too.

Hello everyone!

I'm going to be buying a house (SFH) very soon and I'm going to house hack it. What process do you reccomend for getting roommates/tenants?? I thought about Airbnb the other rooms but still weighing the pros and cons for both.

I just moved to San Antonio from California and am considering doing a house hack for my 1st deal. Prices out here are rather attractive.

@James Michael Few temporary would have been exactly what I had planned if I chose that route. Roll those profits into creating my own portfolio.

@Will Pritchett I thought it would be an interesting topic. I wanted to see what seasoned investors thought about this.

Hello everyone! I keep hearing about apartment subleasing for Airbnb rentals. Anyone have experience with that??

The benefits seems enticing. Having almost a guaranteed tenant if you will, one investor helping another. Who on here would be open to something like that?? Pros and cons??

@Diana Muresan yes, I ideally I would like a 4 Plex because I can get more for less basically but it's seems like it even depends on which "zone" you're in, in that city. so one part of that city may and the other may not.
