Networking in Cleveland Ohio

Hello everyone! I've been doing a lot of research on Cleveland Ohio and I've decided I'm going to go visit. so next month (Oct 10th - 14th) ill be in Cleveland checking out the area. Any investers/real estate agents in that market willing to meet with me so I can pick your brain and compile a pros and cons list??? I currently live in northern California and I'm very ready to get out and put down roots elsewhere.
