@Lien Vuong do you know how to get in touch with corporate tenants to do this? Is there a service to contact?

We have four new condos in a Boston neighborhood close to the train. We’re considering leasing options. One method we’ve done before is leasing to someone who uses the unit for Airbnb arbitrage. In this case, we’d like to lease the whole building to someone.

Considering going to management software but am at a crossroads as to which one is best. Curious what other landlords are using and why?

The target property is not too far from the SNHU Arena, right near Stanton Park. Rents are good but seem to be slightly below market according to Rentometer.com. How is the area? 

Looking at an opportunity in Manchester but I am not familiar with the rental market there. Curious if anyone has experience in that area. Any input is helpful, thanks.
