Buildium or Appfolio?? Which one do you prefer

Considering going to management software but am at a crossroads as to which one is best. Curious what other landlords are using and why?

I’ve used both. From an Accounting and Operational viewpoint- I feel that Appfolio is more robust. However, when you need support for a complicated fix- the customer service hasn’t been great lately. Hopefully it changes. Buildium support is a call center in another country I believe. Before you onboard with Appfolio- make sure you have enough people to support the transition or it will be a nightmare. Good luck!
