Does anyone have recommendations on property management companies and general contractors in the Gardner/Fitchburg area? I have an accepted offer on a large multifamily in Gardner and will require a good property manager. Thanks, Adam

Thank you for sharing! I think you are correct. I have spoken to several other investors about this and your opinion seems to be in line with theirs. I am curious about dry cleaning businesses as well as I have seen quite a few of those for sale. Have you done any research on them?

I am currently selling a multifamily property (closing June 25) through a 1031 and am in search of a new property to invest in. I will have about $150k to invest and was originally only looking at large multifamily properties but now I am considering commercial. I have noticed there are quite a few laundromats on the MLS and am curious if anyone has any experience with them. I’m also open to any advice on other lucrative commercial opportunities.
