DocuSign is handsdown, the most popular eSignature solution on the market as of today. It also places a strong emphasis on security, both for the storage of data and the eSignature process and has many high-level security certifications.

One of my current tenant is behind on rent. They were injured on the job and have a pending worker's compensation claim. But they have not paid previous months in full and nothing for current month. I have doubts that this settlement will wrap up anytime soon. How should incidents like these be handled? Property is in KC, where evictions have been banned through end of they year from what I know. I am unsure how to proceed. Do I just wait or what other actions can I take?

Apply for short-term emergency assistance through your county. If you are looking for ongoing help paying your rent based on your income, contact your local public housing agency to access Federal rental assistance (Section 8, Public & Indian Housing).

@Bjorn Ahlblad @Zachary Ray Thank you! I'm planning to add fresh coat of paint on a portion of the house. This should give me a good ROI since i bought paint in bulk at a steep discount. Also, I didnt know that hardware stores keep badly mixed paint and sell it really cheap.

Tenants just moved out after 6 years and looking to do some upgrades. Kitchen and bathroom are pretty much up to standards. What else do you think i need to look into?

I don't know a lot about vaping, but I have a cousin who has complained about his leaving a cloudy residue on the inside of truck windshield. I think it comes down to how the liquid is made. Personally, I've made my apartment non-smoking and included no vaping. After cleaning/painting after a couple of heavy smokers, it was an easy choice.

I recommend that cast iron pipe under a concrete slab be replaced and not repaired. But best find a reliable plumber/ company whose motives are to help you ,not themselves.

The juice is worth the squeeze. Make sure you both sign something that marks the transaction
