My question would be how do you get started when your life doesn't "look" like yours? When someone has a dead end job, no parents, nothing to start from, how do you start? I am not saying this is me but I think that is what a good portion of life is; people that don't have parents with "wealthy" jobs or they themselves don't run a major bank, etc.

I would also recommend NREIG. You could also call your local broker and see what they could offer as many times it will be better coverage and they know the gaps to fill that would not normally be covered. I do work in insurance but I don't work for NREIG so I am not promoting myself or the company I work for. It really depends on how many properties you know and what size they are. As an investor, I highly suggest commercial insurance and not an Umbrella Homeowners as a lawsuit may not be properly covered, just an opinion, talk to your broker for specific coverages and needs.

Great job. Living in TN this could easily help you retire at your age. Great to see such awesome success. Gotta go read some books.

@Valerie Howard you should read this. Gets me motivated.

@Valerie Howard This is a BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Post: Are there any Networking Events in July??

Hello BP members,

Just wondering if there are going to be any events this month and, if so, where they are going to be at (Seattle, Kent, Auburn, Tacoma, Puyallup, Lacey, Olympia, Centralia, etc.)?

Really interested in starting to attend some REI group meetups to start networking, learning, and building a record for myself.

Also, if anyone knows about groups outside of BP that has open meetings I would love to know.

Regards,

Abe

Great! Thank you for the info @Account Closed

That does not seem like that much money to be able to run that much for you.

k. Water or steam.

This is property NOT covered in the HO 00 03 10 00. This is the Homeowners Special Form Coverage, which is what pretty much anyone with a home has. There are exceptions of course.

This seems to pop up everyone I go on the internet and it seems a bit bogus to me. Does anyone have experience using HARP?
