@Joseph Beilke a BP group in Palm Coast? I'm down near Deland, but I see you live in Port Orange. I have a rental in Port Orange. Perhaps I should make the drive to check it out...

John,

Thanks for the reply. Did you simply look up the properties and then contact the owner? Or did you buy the lien?

 I contacted the oowner.

And then I assume you offered to pay off their mortgage? Plus liens?

 None of these had mortgages.

Wow John... that seems difficult to find. Possible I’m sure. Any tips on finding these owners out of the hundreds I’m seeing on the tax lien?

Hi Folks,

Any one suggest reaching out to property owners with significant tax liens and offering to buy their property? Additionally, would a lender finance? Or would it need to be all cash?

Hi, real estate investor here looking to build my portfolio. How many of you are real estate agents? How many of you recommend becoming a real estate agent as a real estate investor?

I have a W-2 job but I am interested in this route, just looking for guidance.

Any tips on what brokerage one should associate with?

Hi folks,

Looking to buy 2nd home. My lender is requiring a signed lease for 1st home before officially closing on the 2nd home.

Has anyone navigated this process? Any tips on timing it right?

Also, I have a two story 4/3. Do you think renting this home to traveling nurses is a good idea? (New hospital finishing in March) or should I rent to a family.

Thank you for reading !

Homeowner here, but I’m looking to buy a second home and rent this one out.

I have saved quite a bit for a new home, but the lack of inventory here in FL is frustrating.

I’m not sure how to make it work!

Hi folks,

I'm looking for advice (over the internet, I know, but folks here are very knowledgable)

I'm looking at moving closer to work, but I'm thinking about keeping my home and buying another home. I own a 4/3 in a desirable part of a desirable town. I have about 30k for another down payment. I own about 30% in the home I live in now. Cash-out refinance would put 21k in my pocket, reset the term to 30 years, and with a 3.8% interest rate (a lower interest rate than I pay now, but wish it was lower). Selling the home would obviously net me more $ for the next home.

Does anyone have any good ideas for my situation? What would you do?
