Off Market Deal with Tax Lien Property

Hi Folks,

Any one suggest reaching out to property owners with significant tax liens and offering to buy their property? Additionally, would a lender finance? Or would it need to be all cash?

Yes I have done this. I have had 2 houses given to me and I just paid them for their time to sign them over to me.

Open a conversation and listen before offering to pay thousands of dollars.
