I attended their presentations. They were informative but expensive. As an investor of 25 years . I already was aware of what they taught. most people want to invest in Real Estate but find it difficult to fund both an education and an investment.

hi Cory! You are probably better will serve to invest in the Chicagoland market particularly on the southside where your cash flow margins and cap Rates are higher much higher. Also it would be a great idea to hire a management company  please feel free to direct message me if you have any questions about cash flow

I beg to differ on Englewood Aaron  This Area is undergoing massive rapid change.Whole Foods, Starbucks, Chipotle, have all set iup in the area. In addition a five star Restaurant Nakia is there as well. My group Chicagoactioninvestors have seen very short market times on multifamily properties we flipped one at 7151 S Paulina Ave full price offer at 186k in just nine days on 03/30 . We flipped another at 6537 S Green Ave mid rehab! 11/17. A realtor saw it and said her client wanted it full price offer at 215k! We are currently under construction of 2 additional multiunits and have 3 more under contract to close soon there. We held a seminar at the Starbucks and were very surprised to see the diversity of the turnout these were people that live in Englewood! We have learned to acknowledge some issues but avoid the sensationalism of the news and take advantage of the thriving market there.
