Nice job! thank you for sharing this experience with all of us.  So, by definition, you wholesaled that property in consort with another wholesaler, correct?  do you mind sharing how long it took you from initial interest to your 1st deal? In other words, how long have you been learning about investing in RE before this deal came about? thanks, I'm learning (from you).

Good morning, fellow BP members.  I am happy to have found this site. Currently, I am on podcast number 12. I absolutely LOVE the knowledge shared amongst this community. I recently have had a change of pace in life. I have been  a veterinarian for 11 years. I am 37 years old, husband and father of two, Jack and Samantha.  Until having children, veterinary medicine really maximized my time. Now, with two small children, my goals have shifted. 
I would like to be home when they wake up in the morning and experience all the joys of their daily adventures.  Buying and holding real estate and flipping houses are the two niche's that most accommodate my lifestyle. 
I have cut back to one day a week from a 7 day work week at my veterinary hospital.  This next phase of my career life will be dedicated to real estate investing.  I have purchased "rich dad poor dad", and I'm catching up on all the podcasts put on by Josh and Brandon at BP radio. I have read the UBG twice.  Thanks for sharing all this knowledge with me.
