I think I might have a chance on this one.  Not a whole lot of confidence to report.  But, the back-story sounds probable.  The offer was in-line with broker's guidance, and there is a clear strategy to get to the price acceptable to us...

This one is interesting and might be close.  Keep your fingers crossed for me!
