I thank everyone in advance for any help they can provide to me about wholesaling. I really would love if someone that was actively wholesaling in Michigan could help guide me in the right direction.

Thank you Nick G. For your response. I hear you and what you are saying and believe me I am not quick to jump on with these guys. That's why I am here asking because I am new to this and want to learn. I am trying to utilize the Bigger Pockets Network for all my answers. These guys are just in my feed telling me that they can pretty much take me to the wholesaler's elite. 

Just wondering if anyone has any input or experience with Nick Ruiz? Is he legit for wholesaling knowledge?
