Nick Ruiz... Is he legit to help with wholesaling real estate?

Just wondering if anyone has any input or experience with Nick Ruiz? Is he legit for wholesaling knowledge?

I bought his wholesaling course and have been following Nick for over a year. I've been learning about real estate myself for the last month and has been blown away by the information he provides. He's super responsive to my questions I ask him via Instagram messages. He usually gets back to me within a few hours. He's out everyday doing his own deals and I think that is what separates him from most "gurus". Overall I like his style and is a hustler for sure. I think his program is definitely worth the money if you're new to real estate. I started 3 weeks ago with his book "flip" and then bought his course. I have cash buyers and my title company ready to rock. I am now just marketing to find my first deal! Couldn't be happier with my experience. Hope all is well with you all!
