Thank you to everyone that has welcomed me to the Bigger Pockets Community. I was curious as to if anyone has purchased Cody Sperber's wholesaling package? Is he legit? Is the information he gives actually helpful to new wholesaler's? Is there any wholesaler's or investor's in the mid Michigan area to network with here in the Bigger Pockets Family?
