I've noticed inventory shortages in the Tri-cities as well. However, there are always sellers in every market, we just have to focus more on being proactive about finding them!

thanks @Steve Theobald! I'm locking up seller financing on rental properties and need help securing down payment loans, with payoffs within 5 years. How would you suggest going about finding investors willing to lend on these types of deals?

Thanks @Jill DeWit! Any tips on securing financing for rental properties I have under contract? I lock them up on seller financing and am looking for 10-20% down payment financing.
