@Jordan Jackson I'm too interested in using BRRRR strategy to scale to the next level and I'm currently working on building my teams, system and networks. It is time intensive and commitments. This forced me to be a better leader and approach things differently.

Are you doing this with a partner or as owner only?

@David Nemrow strong mindset and philosophy about developing your Black Belt Real Estate investment, becoming good at recruiting your "rockstars" team, build strong networks, become good and knowledgeable in each BRRRR and most important create a systems and leverage that is system dependent not dependent on you. Overall, this book fundamentally transformed the way I typically "do" real estate investment.

@Stephen Akindona hi Stephen, I'm interested to learn how you able to build BRRRR systems, process and leverages. What you did to start BRRRR? You build a teams, systems and process prior to buying your first property with BRRRR strategy? I'm curious about day to day habits of creating a BRRRR enterprise that is automate process of analyzing deals weekly/monthly. What is your role? I read the book by David Greene and he radically transformed how I do real estate investing before and after reading his work. I have been spending a lot of time building teams and networks. I'm also working to build a system to start with. What are your thought?

@Ryan Deasy I once again really appreciate you sharing your BRRRR story. I'm currently wrapping up LLC paperwork. I also responsible for building a teams. I'm curious about how you do the business plan? 3 year or 5 years plans? What was your role while building your company with team of people? Do you have team in each category BRRRR? What your team look like? What you do day to day while building your systems and Leverage? Are you president and CEO or just investor while others are pushing the flywheel to the point it become unstoppable?

For example, I spend considerable time contacting agents, property manager, lawyers, contractor, mortgage brokers, etc to building a team of ongoing contacts and selecting couple that best fit for my company and BRRRR strategy, I also read the book by David Greene title BRRRR. The concepts, mindset and philosophy radically transformed the way I think about Real Estate investments. It forced me to separate myself from working in the business but instead work on the business, development systems, leverage, teams, network etc.. this made me building and process slowly to have my systems, leverage and team in place and do all necessary details work prior to buying a distressed property.

Am I in the right paths and with clear framework based on what BRRRR strategy all about?
