Hello Becky I'm currently going thru the same disappointment I bought a condo in Akron Ohio planning on selling the condo, had a qualified buyer but then the bank wouldn't finance the buyer saying reason being because someone owns 65% of the condos there. So what I have to do is find a buyer with a large down payment in order for them to get financing or someone has to buy with cash.So what I ended up doing is renting the condo out, exactly what I wasn't planning on doing. The only other option is to sell thru auction

Citzens bank for lending and my company is a full service property management

Be aware that usually when someone is offering seller financing, the rate and terms can be higher than you getting financed thru a bank or another lender. So on that note weigh your options, and make sure your comfortable with the rate and terms

I have been buying property thru realtors for the last 8 yrs.Starting to get frustrated with when you see a property has just been listed and you put an offer on the property and the realtor the listing is thru tells you they have an accepted offer on the property.Im not crazy nor stupid, the listing agents call their buddy investor to tell them days before the property hits the market to take a look at it and make an offer before it hits the market.I know it is illegal, but you can't prove it.Wish I had the jump on the property like most investors.

Nice home and a good return in the long run,but we personally don't buy homes no smaller than 3 bedrooms. The average family is at least 3 or 4 bedrooms.Good investment seeing there won't be a lot of people living in a 2 bedroom home(kids)

In Akron Ohio they side more with the renter
