I have been buying property thru realtors for the last 8 yrs.Starting to get frustrated with when you see a property has just been listed and you put an offer on the property and the realtor the listing is thru tells you they have an accepted offer on the property.Im not crazy nor stupid, the listing agents call their buddy investor to tell them days before the property hits the market to take a look at it and make an offer before it hits the market.I know it is illegal, but you can't prove it.Wish I had the jump on the property like most investors.

"Pocket listings" ... until you get on the right lists, they are frustrating. Once you are on the list, they are a good thing :-)
