Mike Nelson, that's really good, but even with a few VA's how easy is it to do the Virtual Wholesaling? I know having them, and delegating work frees you up. But Like you said you have to have a system. Would definitely like to know more about the Virtual Wholesaling?

I would think same information above, send letter to the address, leave message/info with next door neighbor, lastly skiptrace (cost extra money).

You can also type in google, Coroplast, and then your area. There are lots of places on google that advertise Bandit signs, you have to compare to see which place has the best prices including shipping. So also check to see if there is someone local that can match their prices.
