Hi Shuai Zeng, as mentioned from Colleen F., if this information was not previously agreed on in the lease. Then you should replace it, and maybe even write an addendum to their lease, describing the new appliance and have them sign. But for future reference, this should be noted in the rental agreement. Garden/Flowers yes, as long as it is kept up, and fire pit, I would say no for fire/insurance purposes.

Great job, just figure out where you are now, and take the next step forward. It might be good to write some small short term goals down, so that it will easier to reach these first, and it won't seem unsurmountable. You just want to keep chipping at your goal, stay at it, stay focus, stay determined.

Hi, I'd say to most definitely try to get the price down a lot lower. If you get a triplex at a great price, you will be living free, and your tenants will be paying for your property. Make sure you screen potential tenants.

I agree with Abdul R., and Bryan H., need to get the price down lower for it to be a good deal.

Hi K. Marie Poe, thanks for your reply. If it is that easy I will contact a few Investor friendly title companies to see if they can provide me with this information. Again thanks

Hi Tyco Bronye, welcome to the BP, the best place to be for RE networking and education. Most people say that it would be better to have other people to do the work for you. But at first, if you are short on money, and you can do it like you did the other one. I'd say go for it. Eventually when you get more properties it will be a different story. There are more BP'ers out there that no more about this subject, so hopefully they will chime in. Best of luck, you are well on your way to 9-5 Freedom.

Very interesting. Did she have proof, and did she have him arrested? Yes this would definitely give wholesalers a bad name.
