I have found all the lenders to be scams. It seems that it is quite impossible for me to get a large loan. They All want my money. They are the lenders, they should provide the money. But NO it’s my fault! Lol

Who can I get to walk me through a multifamily purchase? Analysis on BiggerPockets. What’s next? The brokers want to talk to my lender first. I thought a contract came before funding. I don’t know who to trust. Any advice? Thanks
