What is a good way to approach Multifamily owners in order to gain credibility? I have never bought anything other than a single family residence before. How can I be the one they sell to? Thanks

I have made a JV Co-wholesaling agreement where I find leads, he negotiates deals, we buy in my LLC, and both market. Split profits 50/50. We’re targeting NOD’s and Multi-units. Any advice?

Here’s the phrase I hear: “It’s illegal to compensate someone for finding a house for you if they don’t have a license in Arizona.” That’s a birddog. I had an agreement somewhere but I cannot find it! A co-wholesaling marketing agreement that makes the birddog a pricipal. I really could use a template if anyone could help? This guy hooked me up with some deals! Thanks!

Hi, I had a 12-Unit with 8 apartments and 4 trailers in escrow, but couldn’t close! Funding fell through, couldn’t wholesale it; paid $1,000 tuition to the School of Hard Knocks and forfeited my earnest money! Bout all I had. Told em at the Phoenix Real Estate Club I hope I don’t have to keep going to Srcew U. Lol. Just got totally hooked up though. A buyers, a sellers, and Funding websites tied into a back office. Fairly automatic. Have big hopes of course. I have the need for properties, I and my associates. SFR & Multifamily. Good deals. I’ve connected better since my failure. Know buyers. Seeking sellers. Need funding? Need buyers? What can we do for each other? I’m moving up. Thanks.
