I'm doing a Rent to Own in Columbus in late February, does anyone have any recommendations for a local real estate attorney there?

@Joel Owens your insight in this feed has been very helpful. I'm using the data in this feed to assess a 30 unit property in Columbus,  but I will definitely pass because I will fit the criteria of a 1031 exchange buyer with a short fuse (lol) in 3 months, thank you for articulating what I experienced as a single family home investor in Columbus. I will be leaving this market because of it has been flat since 2010, and I'll have use the rent to own exit strategy. But thanks!

I'd like to discuss leasing properties in Scottsdale to give my growing customer base more options. We are professionals and actually treat your home better than any tenant since its professionally cleaned regularly, is insured for business activities, and is professionally managed. I apologize if this gets posted in the wrong forum.

Would the owners consider leasing it to me temporarily over the winter as an Airbnb, that market is hot and I need a second property.

Hi, I'm looking to ramp up my real estate investing operation and need a list of potential sellers, possibly motivated due to this time of year. Does anyone have a List Broker that they use religiously?

My apologies, I will disregard postings from a list broker saying that his or her company is the best, I want recommendations from real estate investors who has used the service, not heard about it on a podcast and think it might work.

Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated.

I use Linnemann Realty, to manage my duplex, they are pretty good.
