Investment property Insurance
My insurance company, Allstate, has just informed me that they have a 4 rental property limit. I had never read about that. I am looking for recommendations for an affordable, reliable insurance company that will allow for coverage for multiple investment properties.

I’m a commercial insurance agent. Ruth is right, you will want to use an independent insurance brokerage that has access to many different carriers. You’ll want an agent that has experience writing larger properties than 4-plexs anyway. Happy to answer any questions for you.
