Thanks so much for the input. What is the best way to find an insurance agent/broker? I can always just Google one but are there any other resources.

Thank you for the advice. That is very helpful. After driving around the neighborhoods, I realized that there are a significant number of abandoned homes in the area I described. What I’m looking for is a transitional neighborhood, which is hard to find.

Dos anyone have much experience with buying rehabbed properties in KC MO just east of 71 between downtown and Banister? I am interested in buy and hold for long term rentals, is this a viable endeavors?
