Hey BP fam! Reaching out to get some tips on builders risk policies and liability insurance while flipping properties; I am ambarking on my first flip and would like any info you guys can share, also things to make sure I have and any recommendations. Thanks in advance!

    @Christopher Charles I'd check out NREIG, REAL PROTECT, and STEADILY.  All 3 are very versed in policies which are tailored to fix and flips.
