I just started using Propstream and using a VA (virtual Assistant). I was pretty satisfied with the data and ability to skip trace for phone numbers so that my VA can make cold calls. I am looking for a CRM to upload the Propstream data & leads into without needing to reconfigure the data/excel sheets. Doe anyone know of any?

I think Propstream is a great resource when it comes to sourcing the initial property data. The alternatives are Listsource, Propelio, Property Radar and your local title companies.

When it comes to skip tracing, I don't think they have the most accurate data.

 Hi Carol,

Just wondering which CRM you chose.

Propstream is old news. Use Batchleads. Information is better and they still allow for running comps in states that are non-disclosure states, unlike Propstream. Same price also.

@Carol Small - Did you use a local VA or an overseas one ? Could you share more about it ? I have come across the following CRMs, not used though.

@Anthony Surach I use Propstream. Sometimes their data is a little out of date in smaller cities but overall its a great program.

@Jason N. Could you explain how you use local title companies to get leads?
